Hello my blogging Friends!
I’ve been really busy today so only just found a moment to type up this post. First of all, as it’s a Sunday, time for a new Sentimental Challenge #26 and this week we’d like you to join us with some distressing fun!
To join in you need to create a project that will include a sentiment and it’s up to you how you interpret the distressing theme. If your mojo is temporarily AWOL have a look here what my dear DT sisters have created ;). It’s definitely worth joining in either to grab yourself the set of free sentiments or if you are a lucky winner, the prize for this challenge will be four sentiment sets from the Raindrop Echo Designs Whimsy Stamps Digital Collection and a custom watermark/signature set from the Custom Designs at Whimsy Stamps.
On a subject of DT Sisters…. Our Sentimental family has grown! Significantly!!!! Lol ;) The new Members of the Team are:
Please hop over to their blogs to give them a warm welcome and see what little crafty gems are hidden there!
For my today’s entry I used the fruits of my efforts during a fabulous crafty workshop with Hels Sheridan I attended at the Stamp Attic last weekend ;-).
I was fortunate enough to spend Saturday and Sunday crafting, despite being in agony due to my un-cooperative hand… On Saturday we created some tags and a wall hanging using Alterations Dies, Texture Fades and some really clever distressing techniques.
If you’d like to learn some fabulous techniques, hop over to the Stamp Attic to book yourself a place as Wendy has got a number of fantastic courses lined up ;-).
I will share my Sunday workshop efforts soon. Until then, take care and hope you can join us at the Sentimental Sundays challenge!
TTFN!
