Now onto my project...
This is a card for a friend of mine, he loves cars and all car related stuff.
The background was made using wrinkle free technique with distress inks and loooots of stamping with Tim Holtz stamps. I added a few water splodges for a more distressed look. I also used some old book pages for matting the background and for the sentiment.
Now the fun part. Can you see my machine stitching on the umbrella and around the background? ;)))
The letters in the sentiment have a coat of Glossy Accents and the brads were coloured with alcohol ink.
And what a morning we had today... Kropek K decided that he wanted to treat us with some fresh prey... He keeps hunting black bird chicks ;((( Including one, that was waiting for us on the living room floor last night, that's 4 in total! My heart keeps racing every time I hear the birds shouting an alarm call outside... Cat's nature eh...? :(
Can't wait to see your lovely creations and don't forget - no digi stamps allowed! ;). By the way, we are looking for a new Team Member at LIIU, if you'd like to joins us - make sure to take part in our DT call!
Hope you are having a lovely and less traumatic weekend lol!
Big hugs
