But I finally decided to take a break and share with you a commissioned card I made for a friend at work:
As you might suspect - it was for a special occasion :). This card will be going to her hubby tomorrow as a Father's Day pressie from their two boys. I added a little pocket/envelope at the front, so they can hide a little gift voucher in there, too.
I was asked to incorporate the pictures of the boys somewhere on the card. As she emailed me quite a few to choose from, I came up with a film strip idea as a way of framing them. From the film strip the concept developed into a whole film stars/awards theme :).
My Dad sadly passed away a few years ago, which makes days like this really hard for me :(... I can only send my wishes for him in my heart and thoughts...
But I will be back soon to share a card I made for my FIL :).
