Prompted by Alison's post I am sharing today a couple of more Christmas cards which I would like to enter into the MoneySupermarket Christmas Card Craft off :). Who knows, maybe luck will be on my side this Christmas - I could do with a mini I-Pad. Or a HobbyCraft voucher :). Definitely worth a try - so go ahead and join as well!
My cards again are fitting in with this month's challenge at Stampendous - CAS Christmas. For my cards I used some Christmassy papers and this gorgeous clear stamp set Excelsis Deo. I really love it and this is really the closest stamp/image I have, that reflects the true spirit of Christmas. The stamped panel was sprayed with Heirloom Gold Glimmer Mist for an aged look.
My top tip for quick and easy Xmas card makes - last year I saved all the scraps and precut pieces of Xmas papers from my card making agenda in a separate box. It took me virtually a couple of minutes to find, select, cut, distress, ink up and adhere all those lovely flags in the top banner. Usually 95% of my time is spent on finding/choosing/cutting and arranging the papers so having all those little strips of paper already cut was sooooo handy!
I hope all your preparations are going well. I can't believe there are only five sleeps left till Santa... And there is still soooooooooo much to do! And still so many of you to visit to see what you've been up to and to wish you happy Christmas...:))
Well, time to go back to my chores and errants... I promise to visit you soon!
Ps. If you'd like another chance for an early Christmas pressie, make sure to check out my previous post :).
Lots of Xmas love and hugs

Love both cards (superb colour combos) and the pennants at the top of the first one are such a good idea. Seasonal dies are going top of my list for next year to make it all much quicker!! Have a wonderful Christmas, hugs Jenny x
