Today, over at Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L's blog I am sharing a quick and easy tutorial on this 'thank you' card I made for the amazing surgery ward nurses who looked after me during my recent operation. You can see the tutorial post HERE.

E-Z Runner® Permanent Strips - Refillable, Thin 3D Foam Squares - Mix White
Other supplies:
Stampendous Jumbo Hollyhock and Say It Today stamps, Memento Tuxedo Black ink, Tim Holtz Tea Dye ink, Bazzill Basic cardstock, patterned paper, May Arts decorative ribbon, Inktense pencils.
