Snowy postcard and Stampendous with Clearsnap Christmas get together!

Good Tuesday morning to all!
This week Stampendous gals are playing with ClearSnap for a full week of fabulous inspiration and goodies to be won.

To be in a chance of winning some great prizes hop along this week & leave some love on the companies' blogs and the participating Design Team members. The more love you leave, the more chances you have to win!

I've finally given in to the seasonal festive vibe and today I am sharing another Christmas project.
To create my winter scene I stamped the beautiful Snowy Postcard image onto a cream card with BluejayMix'd Media Inx® Chox Ink by Donna Salazar and heat set it.

Next I cut the oval part of the scene from the rest of the design and I added some soft colouring to the image with STAEDTLER® ergosoft® aquarell watercolour pencils. The rest of the panel was distressed using Chalk: Cat's Eye® inks.

Next I swiped the Watermark embossing ink over the image, sprinkled it with Crystal Embossing Powder and Chunky White Embossing Enamel (Encrusted Jewel Kit in white) and heated it from underneath.

To assemble my papers and embellishments I used MyStik® Permanent StripsE-Z Dots® Mini PermanentMedium and 3D DODZ™. The oval part of the image was mounted over the rest of the card with Crafty Foam Tape.

My snowflakes were die cut from white card covered with Adhesive Sheets (you can also use Sticky Double-Sided panels) and decorated with Gold Halo Glitter Mix. It's difficult to capture it in a photo but the sparkle on this glitter mix is just sensational (you get the benefit of micro and chunky glitter glows). I used Spellbinders Snowflake Pendant die.

My poinsettias were die cut using Layered Poinsettia die and for the centres I used 3D DODZ and Champagne Crushed Glass Glitter.

That's all from me for now. I will be back on Friday with another project during our big blog hop finale! Until then, I invite you all to check out all the other amazing projects shared today:

Thank you so much for your visit today and your lovely comments! If you're a new visitor to my blog, do feel free to have a look around. And if you'd like to follow my blog, I'd love to return your kindness. Please be sure to let me know how I can 'find you back' :).
