Fairytale Wedding

It's been a while since I played with Fashionable Stamping Challenges but I just couldn't miss this one, since I am hosting the theme this fortnight :).

And the theme for this challenge is the written word - book pages, scripts, print. As always we welcome your traditionally stamped creations (no digi stamps, please) that fit the theme and who knows, you might be the lucky winner of the prize from Flonzcrafts!

OK, let me tell you now what I prepared for this challenge.

This is a wedding gift box I made for a very special couple :). I recently had a real pleasure and privilege to be part of their special day. I made this box using Envelobox. The front was covered with BoBunny patterned paper and book pages.

I stamped the bookpages with cling Blossom Spray (Stampendous) flowers which I then coloured with cosmic shimmer watercolour paints. They really glow beautifully in the sun! I also stamped the Fairytale Wedding stamp (Stampendous) onto Prima paper and I die cut a panel using my Nesties.

I also added some die cut & embossed elements using Marianne's dies (Lord and Lady & T-Ford).

Finally I added some May Arts ribbons (new), pearls, Prima, Petaloo and mulberry flowers (old) to embellish the front. And a touch of Heirloom Gold mist for a subtle shimmer.

I hope you will have a moment to check all the other beautiful samples my DT Sisters have prepared to inspire you and I can't wait to see your challenge entry!

Have a beautiful Sunday!

Big hugs
