Lovely memories of Paris in Spring time...

Hello Stampendous Friends! It's me, your favourite UK correspondent! :). Time for new inspiration from Asia King :).

Today I am taking you down memory lane... I originally blogged this project a while ago. Then I had to take it off the web for a while when it was accepted for publication :).

This project is very special to me as it captured the hearts of the fantastic team at Stampendous and that's how they found out about my Creative Spell :).

And it was the first time I tried the awesome technique of...errr...napkin art... At that point I didn't really dare calling it 'decoupage' as I didn't want to upset any pro-decoupage-artists with my shy attempts lol ;).

You will need:
One of my favourite stamps of all time - I love Paris Cling stamp!
US crafters click here
UK crafters, click here.

Other supplies:
Vintage frame, printed napkins, patterned papers of your choice, Tim Holtz Tattered Florals and Tattered Leaves dies, selection of additional flowers and embellishments, Gold Cosmic Shimmer Mist, Inktense pencils.

For further instructions please hop over to the Stampendous blog ;).

I've got to say, this project and technique has definitely started a new era for me and opened a whole new world of crafting adventures! And I truly encourage you to give it a try - if you haven't yet. Why don't you check out my tile coasters tutorial which you can find here?

And if you don't fall in love with the napkin art - then well... I won't believe you! lol ;).

Ps. It's my birthday today :)). You're very welcome to leave some sweet birthday wishes for me below :)). Yay!

Big hugs
